The Mechanics Behind the Movement

At NewFireFlow, we don’t just assemble performance gear—we engineer trust, safety, and flawless momentum from the raw polymer up. Handcrafted in Rio de Janeiro, our equipment bridges the gap between raw artistic expression and high-precision industrial manufacturing.

Our journey began in 1997, capturing the electric energy of the first legendary electronic music festivals in Trancoso, Bahia. Back then, we introduced our very first fluorescent ribbon poi to the dancefloors—a design so structurally sound it remains a consecrated classic today, with over 10,000 pairs shipped across borders.

We evolved from an independent workshop into an elite manufacturing brand by investing heavily in our own intellectual property. We design and own every single high-precision injection and blow mold used to forge our gear. By combining custom machinery with meticulous manual finishes—like laser engraving over premium polyester powder coatings—we ensure that every single item that leaves our workshop can survive the rigorous drops of daily training and the extreme heat of international stages.

Explore The Stories

Our journey began as a backpacking adventure through Ecuador, Colombia, and Peru. Learning object manipulation on the road led to creating handmade beanbags from snake and cow leather, followed by turning wooden rods into our first devilsticks. We engineered our very first fire staffs using structural aluminum, high-traction rubber, and makeshift fiberglass wicks from paraffin heaters, eventually establishing our roots in Trancoso, Bahia, by the end of the year.

We established our first official production workshop in the artistic and historic neighborhood of Santa Teresa, Rio de Janeiro. During this pivotal era, we actively collaborated and participated in specialized technical training at the National Circus School of Brazil (Escola Nacional de Circo)—the only formal, state-run technical circus institution in South America—solidifying our academic and professional background in prop performance dynamics.

To guarantee flawless kinetic symmetry, we transitioned from basic manual workshop assembly to proprietary industrial manufacturing. We began designing and developing our own exclusive high-precision plastic injection and blow molds, gaining absolute property control over the weight, thickness, and structural balance of our core juggling components.

As the diabolo movement erupted across Brazil, our factory met the massive national demand by securing strict safety toy certifications. We successfully manufactured, assembled, and distributed over 200,000 complete diabolo sets to circus schools, retail stores, and independent artists throughout a country of 200 million inhabitants, proving our heavy-duty manufacturing and logistics capabilities.

We consolidated our elite divisions to separate training gear from heavy-duty stage requirements. We launched the delDiablo brand, dedicated exclusively to high-density professional fire equipment, and pioneered the Vortex Pixel LED series, introducing smart, programmable tech props with extensive onboard pattern memory for high-end international light performance.

We introduced our landmark fifth-generation G5 Modular Travel System. Calibrated strictly around international airline regulations, our collapsible travel contact staffs and dragon staffs breakdown into compact modules under 55cm, allowing touring artists to pack a full professional fire setup inside standard cabin carry-on luggage with zero oversized baggage fees.

Our Process

01.
Engineering

Every parameter is calculated using high-precision CAD blueprints. We establish exact flight aerodynamics, center of mass tracking, and rotational inertia before cutting any raw material.

02.
Injection Molding

We mold our high-impact plastic components using our proprietary, custom-engineered production matrices. This ensures textbook physical balance, perfect consistency, and maximum drop-impact resistance.

03.
Handcrafting

Our master artisans execute the final physical construction. From technical fire-welding galvanized wire frames to applying oven-baked polyester powder coating with pristine laser engraving finishes.

04.
Safety Testing

Every single prop undergoes a rigorous quality control check. We perform high-altitude stress drop tests and extreme-temperature structural heat inspections before certifying gear for international stages.

Corporate Transparency & Manufacturing Registry NewFireFlow and delDiablo are premium performance divisions manufactured, owned, and legally represented worldwide by NEWRÔNIO, a fully certified industrial workshop registered under the National Intellectual Property Institute (INPI Brazil). Every single prop is designed, quality-tested, and dispatched internationally from our physical factory headquarters located in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. We operate under strict corporate transparency to guarantee authentic engineering and secure global trade logistics.
