All orders are hand-finished, rigorous drop-test certified, and dispatched internationally from our official factory headquarters operated by NEWRÔNIO in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
1. Global Shipping & Carrier Logistics
We utilize reliable international postal networks and premium air freight carriers to secure dependable delivery tracking across borders.
– Processing Times: Standard catalog items are dispatched within 2 to 5 business days. Custom modular rigs or tailored configurations may require extended production tracking as specified in the product description.
– Volumetric Allocation: To guarantee the lowest possible freight rates for our global community, our shipping matrices calculate delivery costs using industry-standard volumetric and cubic parameters. Our fifth-generation G5 travel systems break down under 55cm specifically to fit into optimized, low-profile shipping boxes, shielding our clients from oversized transport surcharges.
2. Import Duties, Customs, and Local Taxes
Air transit rates calculated during your checkout session cover international shipping from our workshop in Brazil to your destination country.
– United States Shipping Excellence: For all orders dispatched to the USA, local import taxes and custom clearance fees are calculated and prepaid directly by our factory at Correios Brazil upon dispatch. This ensures an absolute hassle-free delivery experience, meaning US customers will not receive unexpected billing surcharges at their doorstep.
– European Union Preferential Advantage: Thanks to the active Mercosur – European Union Free Trade Agreement, over 80% of our manufactured circus and flow goods benefit from a 0% Import Tariff. This means EU-based buyers are completely exempt from customs duty surcharges on our industrial NCM registry props. Please note that local European VAT (Value Added Tax) unique to your specific country’s border regulations remains the sole financial responsibility of the buyer upon arrival.
– United Kingdom & Rest of the World Notice: Following Brexit regulatory separation, the United Kingdom is not part of the Mercosur-EU trade deal. Shipments heading to the UK, Canada, Australia, and other global destinations remain subject to standard national import tariffs, local VAT/GST, and carrier handling fees according to your local border control schedules. These processing fees are the sole financial responsibility of the buyer upon terminal cargo arrival. NewFireFlow cannot manipulate commercial invoice valuations.
3. International Returns & Exchanges Policy
Due to the extreme costs, complexity, and customs barriers associated with round-trip international air freight back to South America, our factory maintains a strict trade return policy:
– Final Sales Notice: All international orders are considered final sales. We do not accept returns, cancellations, or size/color exchanges based on buyer’s change of mind or performance scheduling changes.
– Manufacturing Flaws: In the rare event that an item arrives with a verified mechanical production defect, you must contact our technical support channel (support@newronio.net) within 48 hours of delivery. You must provide high-definition photographic or video evidence of the uninked/unfired prop framework. Verified structural flaws will be resolved through component replacement or store credit allocations.
