This website and all commercial performance equipment lines including NewRonio, delDiablo, and Vortex tech series are owned, manufactured, and legally represented worldwide by Nw e Ronio equipamentos circenses ltda, a certified industrial workshop registered under CNPJ: 09.044.719/0001-07 with physical factory headquarters located in Rio de Janeiro, State of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

By accessing our catalog, utilizing our platform, or procuring our handcrafted equipment, you agree to comply with and be bound strictly by the following international terms, conditions, and legal liabilities.

1. Professional Equipment & Age Restriction Notice

All performance gear manufactured by our workshop—specifically elite fire props, special pyrotechnic compounds, and high-altitude stilt systems—is engineered strictly for professional circus artists, trained performers, and adult flow dancers over 18 years of age. By purchasing our equipment, you certify that you meet the required level of physical expertise and maturity necessary to manipulate professional-grade props safely.

2. Extreme Liability Waiver & Fire Safety Policy

Fire spinning, fire eating, vapor manipulation, and stilt walking are inherently high-risk physical activities that pose extreme threats to personal health, physical safety, and public property.

– Performer Assumption of Risk: The buyer assumes 100% of all physical, medical, and legal liabilities arising from the ignition, preparation, manipulation, or performance deployment of our equipment.
– Manufacturer Exemption: Nw e Ronio equipamentos circenses ltda (NewFireFlow) drops all responsibility for direct, indirect, accidental, or criminal injuries, burns, respiratory damages, or structural fires caused by our props.
– Absolute Fuel Restriction: Performers must strictly follow manufacturing fuel guidelines. For standard fire props, the use of highly refined Pure Isoparaffin is strongly recommended. The use of gasoline, alcohol, or unstable automotive fuels is completely forbidden under all circumstances. Fire spitting is heavily discouraged due to severe and irreversible internal health damages.

3. International Intellectual Property

All technical blueprints, custom matrix frameworks, proprietary plastic injection and blow molds, trademarked names (NewRônio registered under INPI Brazil), custom software scripts, and graphic layouts displayed on www.newronio.net are the exclusive intellectual property of our company. Any unauthorized reproduction, matrix cloning, or commercial exploitation of our engineering geometry across borders is strictly prohibited and subject to international patent law litigation.

4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced strictly in accordance with the corporate and commercial laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any legal dispute, claim, or transactional conflict arising between the buyer and our manufacturing company shall be settled exclusively within the jurisdiction of the corporate courts of the City of Rio de Janeiro, State of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
